Frat Cap Skull and Moon.
The Frat that went to War!
Frat House Phi Alpha Phi Alpha ‘Φαφα’, were the lads of the Skull Moon.
Senior year of 1941. A motley group of students gather with little in common except the burning desire to join the Army Air Corps and take the fight back to Emperor Hirohito.
There was ‘Moose’, the football forward on a scholarship, ‘Einstein’, a mathematics major and The Giuseppe brothers, Anthony and Paul from Long Neck, New York. Finally there was ‘Iron’ Jimmie, a Korean American with a multi-generational grudge against the empire of Nippon.
United by their love of country and their desire to make names for themselves in war, they wear a special cover, designed for them by Papa Nui x Troy O’Shea. Hand build from cream coloured rich wool flannel in the the infamous shape of the Tail End Charlie Cap, this custom headpiece is designed especially to sit in the confines of the latest American fighter planes. Emblazoned with their Frat Skull and Moon design they’re about to become the terrors of the South Pacific skies.
