Shipping policy

Shipping is done via Australia Post using the International Airmail service. Tracking is available on all orders . Shipping lead times range from 10-21 days depending on location sometimes longer depending on your own local services. Often initial delays will be Auspost’s awaiting international flights as Australia doesn’t necessarily have daily flights to all locations so often items will be held at Brisbane Airport for a few days before flying out. Most delays however are at the receiving end with local carriers especially so the US Postal Service. All information is available via your tracking number. If you can’t see where your order is then neither can I. Once it’s in the system I’ve no other eyes the same as you.
