Being a small home business, returns and refunds can be tricky.
I try to explain as much as possible in my product description and have a contacts page for further clarification. I encourage you to ask me as many questions as possible. You have ample opportunity to minimise risk and make an informed choice. I will not accept returns or offer refunds if you just change your mind or don’t like the look of an item. With airfreight involved it’s not very cost effective anyway to return items and often passing the goods forward it’s actually a better plan.
Being in Australia it happens to me all the time, if I get wrong I just bite the bullet and on sell the goods to someone else.
If the size is incorrect again I offer you multiple option to purchase the right size, but if you do make a blunder with the ordering I can exchange these gladly.
If the item is faulty, again I can replace this for you. Given that I’ve been trading for 10 years I can tell you confidently that I’ve only ever had 3 faulties, two had broken stitching and the other a customer deliberately sabotaged to do an exchange. Not a bad track record!
I will always try to work with you but I ask you to be conscious that this isn’t a mall or chain store and I don’t except you to be ‘that’ kind of customer either.
