Papa Nui is constantly working to ship as reasonably as possible, this means there is a conscious decision to keep my packaging as simple as possible.  Based on your feedback excessive packaging is superfluous so please understand the more you pack and the bigger the parcel the more you pay in freight charges. I favour recyclable soft postage bags, if you want to complain that your cap is wrinkled then Im sorry you're likely shopping the wrong brand as Im an advocate for the more fucked up the better.

Registered international airmail from Australia with tracking is the most cost effective method. Shipping times vary, however 8-10 days is normal for most destinations, there is always a chance that this can get drawn out to 17-21 if there’s any hold ups. 

Please consult you tracking number as once the parcel is in the mail I have as much information as you do. From Australia there is a tendency for items to be held in a holding facility at the airport until an available international flight is available, please do not panic if your status hasn’t changed in a week, once airborne these parcel are delivered remarkably efficiently.

The new Trump tariff charges are set to take effect 28th August 2025, so there's no way to avoid the added 10%-15%. I have however been proactive here and spread the costs around a small rise in the shipping rates so that you WILL NOT pay extra charges on your purchases.

 Realistically though this just pulls the USA in line with most other countries anyway. Australia has a GST tax of 10-12% on all purchases plus shipping and Europe has always been active in charging duties, so really the pendulum has just finally swung the other way.

Europe as of July 1st have also changed their regulations. All orders from an E-commerce business must be shipped as product sold. There is no more ‘gift’ options and most online apps will not allow this any longer anyway. There is a surcharge of €3 per item in the parcel plus import taxes varying on your country plus a service tax. These are now unavoidable so please don’t bitch to me about it. I do my best to keep the parcel ‘value’ as inconspicuous as possible if you get my drift so if you are paying then be grateful it’s not on €100’s!

Lastly, my own 10 cents worth. You have no idea what it’s like living in a country as far away as Australia. To get anything it has to come from overseas, you don’t get to go to a shop to just buy it or try it on, everything comes at a risk and everything is paid for and there’s a 60/40 chance the thing ain’t going to work. I write it off as trial and error and the cost of pursuing what I love. If you feel differently well I’m sorry but that’s just a reality check.
