Featuring tough CR-39 Lenses! Lenses that were developed in the 1940’s and began as a high density shatterproof plastic for use in B-17 fuel tanks to reduce weight and greatly enhance bomber range. Lighter than glass and scratch resistant these lenses provide superior vision in critical situations, ensuring your eyes are protected from the harmful ultra violet and infrared rays and providing an advantage in all fighting conditions whether it be combat in the clouds or storming your local beach head.

Hand crafted in Sabae prefecture Japan, the Papa Nui Coral Cruisers are a premium aviator style taking strong visual cues from early USN issue sunglasses but updated with contemporary quality enhanced materials.

Built to the War Departments specifications from premium acetate and hinged with optimal stainless steel fixtures, Papa Nui Coral Cruiser Sunglasses come in a recycled Army canvas service case and Frog Camo sock to help protect and care for this essential part of your fighting kit.

Superb repro sunglasses, very well made and the attention to detail is phenomenal!

If you’re not getting any younger and need prescription lenses, my optometrist only had to take a few measurements to cut lenses with my prescription. Not only the lenses are in the exact same green color but they are also in the same material, CR-39, which is apparently still used for sunglasses.

Order these bad boys, you won’t regret it.

Standing on the beach with a gun in my hand, staring at the sea staring at the sand, I paused and sat down, the sand was warm not too hot. I felt at peace and protected thanks to my Coral Cruiser Sunglasses and my Beach Master Vung Tau Surf Club hat. The sea was hangry that day my friend, like and old man triying to bring back soup to the deli.The waves will be better tomorow.
