Got it framed and it found its wall — between a Pacifica Island Art Hawaiian giclée and a T&C board I’ve had since ‘02, next to the Fender and the amp. Twenty years of Pacific surf on either side of a punk rock aviator in a Corsair felt like the right company. I really like the shape the details that make this hat unique from the aviator orange and the X -1 . Not that I live there, but I do watch a lot of documentary of this time and flight annd aerospace. I feel like at some point Chuck Yeager’s gonna land the bell and I’ll be part of the landing crew.!
Nice shirt! I was worried it might run a little small compared to US sizes, but the XL is about a standard US XL, maybe just a slight bit smaller.
