Frogskin Shelter Cloth Aviator Cap.

All new original WWII issue Shelter cloth Marine aviators caps.

The WWII USMC frogskin shelter half was carried by each Marine and when joined with another it made a pup tent to sleep two men. Over the years these original 1943 shelters have become increasingly difficult to find and exorbitantly expensive. The current value is exceeding $600 on eBay. 
I have however managed to cull my collection and have picked a great ‘suntanned’ faded example and asked Troy O’Shea to handcraft a new batch of aviators caps.

This is now becoming quite a rare release but as these I believe are the absolute pinnacle of the craft of cap making Im pushing ahead as best I can to resupply these to the most discerning of my customers.
